Mortgage Administration & Servicing
Mortgage Payments
Mortgage payments are automatically debited on the 1st of each month. If your banking information changes, please notify Indigoblue in advance so we can update your payment details and avoid interruptions.
Discharges
To discharge your mortgage, your lawyer must submit a discharge request to our legal team. Once received, we will process the request in accordance with the terms of your mortgage agreement.
Renewals
Indigoblue issues a renewal reminder 90 days before your mortgage term ends. Approximately 45 to 60 days prior to maturity, you will receive a notice outlining your renewal options.
