This website provides general information about Indigoblue mortgage programs, servicing and broker contacts. It is not a mortgage commitment, a personalized recommendation, or legal, tax or investment advice. Contact the appropriate team to discuss your circumstances.

Mortgage programs and pricing

Eligibility, availability, rates, fees and terms depend on the transaction and underwriting review. Program summaries do not replace the disclosures, commitment or signed documents for a particular mortgage. Request current pricing and applicable cost-of-borrowing disclosures before making a decision.

Broker contacts and communications

The business development contacts and new-deal discussions on this website are intended for mortgage brokers and agents. If you have an existing mortgage, contact our servicing team. Do not send identification, banking records or other sensitive documents through WhatsApp, text messages or an initial email. Ask our team how to provide documents through the appropriate channel.

Third-party links

Links may take you to WhatsApp, the Staff Portal, an appraiser directory, an investor website or another external service. Each service has its own terms, access requirements and privacy practices. Review those before sharing information. A link does not mean that the linked provider’s services are suitable for a particular transaction.

Staff Portal

The Staff Portal is for authorized users. A public link does not grant access or change the portal’s own access controls or terms. Keep your credentials confidential and contact your administrator for access assistance.
