Renewing your mortgage
A reminder is issued 90 days before your term ends, followed by renewal options approximately 45–60 days before maturity. Contact the team about your specific mortgage.
Discharges and legal requests
Your lawyer should send a discharge request to legal@indigoblue.ca. Requests are processed according to your mortgage agreement.
