Harry co-founded Indigoblue Group of Companies and assumed the role of President and Chief Executive Officer in March 2017. Harry has worked in the financial industry for over 20 years. Over that time, he held several senior level roles with various financial institutions across Canada. As Vice President at Paradigm Quest, Harry launched successful mortgage products for various brokerages. As Director at Equitable Bank, Harry led a team of over twenty Regional Business Managers across Canada. In 2012, Harry was appointed Director on the advisory board of independent Mortgage Brokers Association (“IMBA”) of Ontario. Harry completed his final term with IMBA, currently known as Canadian Mortgage Brokers Association (CMBA Ontario) in 2017 as Treasurer. Harry was also the recipient of the 2014 and 2016 President’s Award and was inducted into the associations Hall of Fame in 2017 for his exemplary work on education and professional development. Harry holds a degree in Economics, a graduate degree in Business Administration and a CRM designation.

Sanjay co-founded Indigoblue Group of Companies and assumed the role of Chief Operating Officer in March 2017. Sanjay has been involved with the financial services industry for twenty plus years and has progressively held senior roles. Sanjay started his career as a Financial Advisor for CIBC and RBC Banks. He subsequently led a team of Business Development Managers across Eastern Canada for Equitable Bank. Sanjay leads credit and compliance teams and operations at Indigoblue Mortgage Investment, Management and Capital Corporations. Sanjay was elected as Vice President to the board of CMBA Ontario in 2017 and also served the association and its membership as the Treasurer in 2018. Sanjay holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wilfrid Laurier University majoring in Economics and holds the PFP and CIM designations.

Tanvi practices real estate and immigration law. Many clients have entrusted her legal expertise in the process of buying and selling real estate. She has assisted many clients with mortgage closings as well as title transfers and status certificate reviews. Tanvi has also assisted many clients with immigration matters. Tanvi holds degrees in law and commerce and is a licensed lawyer registered with the Law Society of Ontario. During her time in law school, Tanvi interned with a Court of Appeals Judge. Tanvi is well versed in five different languages.

Hetash practices in the areas of real estate law and wills & estates. Hetash is passionate about assisting his clients and efficiently guides them through real estate and mortgage closing process. He is a graduate of the University of Toronto Faculty of Law. While in law school, Hetash volunteered as a part-time student caseworker at Downtown Legal Services, where he represented indigent clients in criminal proceedings before the Ontario Court of Justice. Hetash articled with a prominent Toronto civil litigation boutique, where he worked on files related to a variety of matters ranging from estates disputes to proceedings before the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada.

Diana leads the sales and marketing initiatives at Indigoblue Group of Companies. With a background in hospitality, Diana is passionate about building long term relationships with her clients and business partners alike. Diana is skilled in creative writing, branding, editing, copywriting and has put these skills to practical use in her previous roles. Diana is passionate about giving back to the community and has volunteered with Fashion Heals for Sick Kids and is currently writing for UNESCO’s #KindnessMatters Global Campaign. Diana holds a Bachelor of Arts Honours degree specializing in English & Literature with a minor in Business Management from Ryerson University. Diana vehemently believes in enhancing her knowledge and is concurrently pursuing the Real Estate program at Humber College and the Exempt Market Proficiency program at IFSE institute.

Kyana is an integral part of the sales and marketing team at Indigoblue Group of Companies. With her penchant for developing lasting relationships with clients and business partners alike, Kyana skillfully leverages her extensive background in hospitality and team building. Kyana has an undergraduate degree from Ryerson University, specializing in Politics and Governance. Kyana blends her educational background, work and volunteer experience in the hospitality, and fashion industries over the years optimally to provide her clients and business partners unparalleled service aimed at progressive business and personal growth. Kyana has been a consistent participant in the Sick Kids initiatives, specifically aiding in the coordination of the Fashion Heals Runway shows. She has also taken part in the “From Her View,” initiative within the Earls corporation to advocate for women in leadership and the protection of women’s rights.
Nina is responsible for managing the branding and creative marketing projects at Indigoblue Group of Companies and implementing seamless graphic designs digitally and across printed marketing material. Nina has over 9 years of experience in executing successful advertising campaigns, identity designs, packaging, publishing and visual communication of the highest quality. Prior to joining Indigoblue and implementing marketing strategies in the finance industry, Nina’s experience was diverse, developing projects in the health care, food and fashion industries and ad agencies in Vancouver and Toronto. Nina is skilled with watercolour painting and illustration, having participated in several painting exhibitions in Iran and Canada. Nina attended the Emily Carr University of Art and Design in Vancouver, Canada, majoring in Communication Design. She also studied Graphic Design at the Tehran Art University in Iran.

Julie joined Indigoblue Group of Companies as the inaugural successful candidate to the newly launched Indigoblue Leadership program, whereby she will spend increments of two month in Sales, Marketing, Accounting, Finance, Legal & Compliance departments while she undertakes her undergraduate studies in Human Resources and Finance at Ryerson University. She is highly motivated and takes pride in her work ethic and will be starting her tenure at Indigoblue working with Sales & Marketing team.

Marcus has been involved in the financial services industry for over 3 years. Marcus started his career as an underwriter for Indigoblue Mortgage Investment Corporation and later transitioned into investor relations and compliance side of the business. Marcus pursued his passion for compliance by acquiring his Dealing Representative license and further enhanced his knowledge and understanding of the exempt market products and services by completing the Exempt Markets Products as well as the Officer’s, Partner’s and Director’s courses from the IFSE. As a Compliance Officer, Marcus takes pride in delivering quality service to investors in all aspects of the investment process. Marcus holds an Honours Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto, specializing in Biomedical Toxicology with a minor in Economics.

Aniko has been working in the financial services industry since 2006 in various capacities and has extensive experience in real estate financing. Sam grew up in Brampton, Ontario and has been a resident there for almost 20 years. An avid learner, he has keep up to date with financial certifications including IFIC, CSC, CPH, PFPC and most recently completing the Exempt Market Proficiency course. Sam has spent almost 20 years in the financial industry working for CIBC, RBC and most recently Scotiabank as a Financial Advisor when he decided to leave the hectic banking world to spend more time focusing on family & wellness. After exiting the corporate world, Sam became educated on the private markets while learning ways to ensure financial security for his clients. Having learned private market opportunities are not very well known in Ontario, he felt inspired to gain the education and necessary registration so that he could help individuals and businesses be successful. How? Through protecting and growing their financial assets through private market investments.

Steve manages mortgage underwriting, servicing and administration team at Indigoblue MIC. Steve is a seasoned veteran of mortgage industry having spent over 20 years in mortgage originations and servicing. Steve started his career with CIBC Mortgages and built a strong foundation in mortgage servicing and administration. He then turned his focus to the origination side of the business with various lenders. Steve’s diverse experience and knack for problem solving makes his a distinct asset to Indigoblue Group of Companies.

Nikhita is the the latest addition to the IBMIC credit team. Nikhita joins IBMIC as an underwriter, having worked most recently in a similar role at RBC . Nikhita is experienced with credit risk analysis and mortgage lending. She holds a master's degree in engineering and has valuable project management experience.

Eden leads the accounting and finance team at Indigoblue Group of Companies. Eden is a seasoned accountant, auditor and financial analyst, with work experience in auditing, manufacturing, healthcare, shared services and financial industry. She started her career with PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Philippines as an auditor for 4 years for various local and international manufacturing and service companies. She subsequently led an audit team in a manufacturing company, then a management accounting team in a major hospital in Manila. She then joined an international shared services accounting firm and eventually moved to Bermuda for a couple of years in the hedge funds industry, which led to the opportunity to work in Toronto since 2010. She holds a degree in Accounting from the University of Santo Tomas, Manila, and is also a CPA from the Philippines.

Ruby holds a Business Administrative Law degree from HCMC University of Law in Vietnam, as well as an Honours Bachelor of Business degree from Georgian College, specializing in Accounting.
