Yogi brings over two decades of experience in the financial services industry, with a diverse background spanning wealth management, mortgage financing, and business development. As Business Development Manager at Indigoblue, she focuses on strengthening partnerships with mortgage brokers and agents, ensuring seamless deal flow from submission to funding. Her approach emphasizes precision, transparency, and reliability - qualities that foster trust and drive lasting relationships. Yogi is committed to empowering clients and partners through proactive guidance, strategic insight, and a standard of excellence that reflects Indigoblue’s core values.
ATLANTIC
Adrian brings over seven years of experience in the financial services industry, with deep expertise in client relations, mortgage financing, underwriting, and sales strategy. He holds a Diploma in Business Finance and is a licensed mortgage agent.​ Adrian has cultivated a strong network of mortgage brokers and is well-positioned to support Indigoblue’s continued growth in the Atlantic Region. As Business Development Manager, he is committed to driving strategic partnerships and elevating Indigoblue’s presence through professionalism, integrity, and service excellence.
Credit Team
Kashra is the Associate Director of Operations at Indigoblue Group of Companies, bringing extensive experience in scheduling, client care, and HR coordination across diverse industries, including healthcare and manufacturing. She holds a CHRP designation and graduated with an Advanced Diploma in Business Administration from Sheridan College. Kashra is known for her strong work ethic, motivation, and unwavering commitment to excellence in every aspect of her role.
Jashil brings a solid foundation in financial services with hands-on experience in investment advisory, financial analysis, and client relationship management. He holds an MBA from McMaster University with a focus on Business Valuation and Finance. Known for his analytical precision and client-first mindset, Jashil works closely with mortgage brokers and borrowers to move applications forward efficiently, maintain transparent communication, and deliver the high-level service Indigoblue is known for.
Accounting Team
Sarah is the Director of Finance at Indigoblue Group of Companies. Before joining Indigoblue, Sarah spent six years in public accounting providing audit and assurance services to public and private entities in the financial services sector at EY LLP, with additional exposure to non-profit organizations at Welch LLP. Sarah holds the CPA, CA designation and graduated with a Master of Management and Professional Accounting degree from the University of Toronto, a Bachelor of Commerce Honours from University of Ontario Institute of Technology, a Bachelor of Science Honours in Biology, and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Queen's University.
Julie is the Junior Accountant at Indigoblue Group of Companies. She has worked in various departments within the company until settling into the accounting team. She has experience in Marketing, Human Resources, and Customer Service. Julie graduated from Ryerson University where she obtained a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management and Finance. She is highly motivated and takes pride in her work ethic.
Leadership Team
Harry co-founded the Indigoblue Group of Companies and has served as its President and CEO since March 2017. With over 25 years in the financial sector, he has held senior roles at institutions such as CIBC, Xceed Mortgages Inc., and Equitable Bank. From 2012 to 2017, Harry was a Director on the board of the Independent Mortgage Brokers Association of Ontario (now CMBA Ontario), serving as Treasurer in his final term and receiving the President’s Award twice before his Hall of Fame induction in 2017.
He is also dedicated to social causes, particularly Autism awareness, having served on the Geneva Centre for Autism foundation board. Harry holds multiple professional licenses, including Mortgage Broker, Insurance Agent, Paralegal, and Realtor, along with designations as an Ultimate Designated Person and Dealing Representative.
His academic credentials include degrees in Economics, Law, Business, a CRM designation, and he is currently pursuing a Master of Laws to further his legal expertise.
Sanjay co-founded Indigoblue Group of Companies and assumed the role of Chief Operating Officer in March 2017. Sanjay has been involved with the financial services industry for twenty plus years and has progressively held senior roles. Sanjay started his career as a Financial Advisor for CIBC and RBC Banks. He subsequently led a team of Business Development Managers across Eastern Canada for Equitable Bank. Sanjay leads credit and compliance teams and operations at Indigoblue Mortgage Investment, Management and Capital Corporations. Sanjay was elected as Vice President of the board of CMBA Ontario in 2017 and served the association and its membership as Treasurer in 2018. Sanjay holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wilfrid Laurier University majoring in Economics and holds the PFP and CIM designations.
